The loan covers up to 90% of the purchase and 100% of the renovations.

If you are a homeowner who would like to list your property for sale to reach buyers who can offer you a higher market price, I can list your property and place it on the MLS, where it will be forwarded to all websites where buyers are searching for homes. 

Once a buyer makes you an offer that you accept, I will place it into escrow and manage the process through closing. 

My fee is paid by the seller when we close escrow. The fee is based on the actual sales price.
